Complaints Handling Information

At Whitely, we value our clients and always aim to provide reliable and professional service.

If you are ever dissatisfied with our services or believe that something has not been handled correctly, you have the right to file a complaint.

Filing a complaint is free of charge and easy — just send us an email at [email protected] with:

  • Your full name and contact details;
  • A short description of the issue;
  • Any relevant documents or screenshots (if applicable);
  • What outcome or solution you expect.

Once we receive your complaint, we will confirm it within 5 business days and do our best to provide a full reply within 35 business days. If the matter is complex and needs more time, we will inform you and explain the reason for the delay.
